These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrendTunner (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
TrendTunner provides AI-assisted tools for creators, including Image Studio, AI Try-On (clothing & jewelry), Projects history, credits, and membership features. Features may change, improve, or be limited by plan.

2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract in your region and meet any minimum age required by law. You are responsible for accurate registration details (including a verified phone number), keeping your password and OTP codes confidential, and all activity under your account.
Notify us promptly at the support email below if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.
3. Credits, plans, and payments
Generations consume credits. Estimated costs are shown on create screens and may vary by quality, mode, or reference count. Actual deduction follows the pricing in effect when the job is accepted.
Credit packs and memberships are sold through our payment providers. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Unused credits may expire according to pack or plan rules shown at checkout or in-app.
Plan limits apply as configured for your membership. Upgrading or downgrading may change available options.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TrendTunner to: break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; generate or distribute harmful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or illegal content; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; bypass credit, plan, or security controls; or upload malware or abusive material.
You must have rights to any photos, brands, or text you upload (including faces, clothing outfits, and jewelry items for Try-On / reference modes). You are solely responsible for how you publish or monetize outputs.
5. AI outputs — no guarantees
AI generations can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or similar to other content. Outputs are provided “as is” for creative assistance. You should review everything before posting publicly or relying on it for business, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
TrendTunner does not guarantee virality, platform compliance, or uninterrupted availability. Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) have their own rules — you must follow them when you publish.
6. Intellectual property
The TrendTunner app, branding, UI, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms and your compliance, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business content creation.
As between you and us, you retain rights you already hold in your inputs. Subject to third-party AI provider terms and applicable law, you may use generations you create through your account for your own content. We may use anonymized or aggregated usage patterns to improve the Service.
You grant us a worldwide license to host, process, and display your inputs and outputs as needed to operate features (generation, Projects, downloads, support).
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties (AI models, cloud hosting, payments, analytics). Their outages or policy changes can affect availability or quality. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and log out at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity) remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TRENDTUNNER WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENDTUNNER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim (or, if greater, the minimum amount required by applicable law).
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrendTunner and its operators from claims arising out of your content, your use of outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The Last updated date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
