1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, phone number (verified by OTP), password (stored securely / hashed), profile photo, and plan or membership details when you register or update Profile.
Usage and generation data: tool selections, prompts and form inputs (prompts, style, aspect ratio, quality, clothing and jewelry selections, custom instructions), templates used, generation history, project metadata, credit balances, and transaction records needed to operate billing and show Projects.
Media you upload: profile images, reference photos, clothing, outfit, or jewelry images for Try-On / Image Studio, and other files you choose to send for generation. Photos may be stored so features like saved reference selfie can work across sessions.
Device and technical data: device type, OS, app version, approximate network info, crash/diagnostic logs, and similar data needed for security, performance, and support.
Payment data: purchases are processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation, plan or pack identifiers, and status — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How we use information
We use your information to: provide and improve TrendTunner; run AI generations and show results; manage credits, memberships, and transactions; personalize templates and workflows; authenticate accounts (including email/password and phone OTP) and prevent abuse; send service emails and SMS (e.g. password reset, one-time codes, receipts); and comply with law.
Prompts, uploads, and outputs are processed to deliver the features you request (Image Studio, AI Try-On for clothing and jewelry, and related improve flows).
3. AI processing
TrendTunner uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to generate images and visual content. Content you submit (prompts, references, settings) may be sent to those providers solely to fulfill your request and operate the Service.
Do not upload content you are not allowed to use. Avoid sensitive personal data in prompts unless necessary for the feature you chose.
4. Permissions on your device
Depending on features you use, the app may request access to your photo library (profile, reference images, clothing/jewelry Try-On, saving results) and camera (profile photo). You can deny or revoke permissions in system settings; some features will not work without them.
5. Sharing of information
We may share information with: infrastructure and AI vendors who process data on our behalf; payment processors for purchases; analytics or crash tools that help us improve reliability; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information. Generations and uploads stay tied to your account for providing Projects and support unless you delete content or close your account where that option is available.
6. Storage and retention
We retain account, generation, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Local device storage may keep preferences such as a saved reference photo until you clear it or uninstall the app.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), authenticated APIs, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your login private.
8. Children
TrendTunner is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your choices
You can update profile details and avatar in the app, manage notifications where offered, buy or stop credit packs, change membership when available, and log out from Profile → Settings.
For access, correction, or deletion requests regarding your personal data, email support@trendtunner.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
10. International users
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. By using the Service you understand your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use of TrendTunner after updates means you accept the revised policy.
